CanAm Airways is being developed by an international project team combining experience in aircraft engineering, airport planning, cargo and logistics, tourism, management consulting, quality assurance, security, marketing and strategic project development.
During the current development stage, these disciplines are being coordinated around a common objective: transforming the CanAm concept into an operationally credible, financeable and scalable long-haul aviation platform.
The present team provides the foundation for project development, institutional relations and launch preparation. Further senior appointments in airline operations, finance, regulatory affairs, flight operations and commercial management will be added as funding, AOC preparation and operational planning progress.

CanAm’s team structure reflects the way the project itself has been developed: every critical discipline must be represented, connected and accountable.
The team is not being assembled as a collection of impressive names. It is being built around the functions required to transform an aviation concept into an operating airline.
As CanAm advances toward financing, AOC preparation and launch, additional senior specialists will join the organization. The principle, however, will remain unchanged:
CanAm is not looking for figureheads. It is building a team in which every member understands how his own responsibility affects the performance of the complete system.
