Letter to Investors

Dear Investors, dear interested Cooperation Partners!

CanAm Airways is not conceived as a conventional airline investment. It is much more a transatlantic aviation backbone—an enduring infrastructure asset designed for reliability, sovereignty, and generational relevance. From its inception, CanAm has been shaped not as a speculative venture, but as a long-duration platform for strategic mobility, operational resilience, and civilizational continuity.

We therefore do not seek speculative capital, but strategic partners willing to engage in dialogue—partners who understand that enduring value is built through cooperation among capable actors, not through fragmented optimization of short-term returns.

The purpose of this letter is an invitation:
to begin a structured conversation with CanAm Airways regarding the possibilities of establishing the airline and the many potential synergies between aligned investors and their respective strategic interests.

The CanAm investor network is intentionally designed as a circle of builders, operators, and long-horizon capital stewards—individuals, families and institutions who:

  • Think in decades rather than quarters
  • Understand infrastructure as a stabilizing force of civilization
  • Recognize that air mobility is no longer merely a commercial service,
    but also a strategic domain

Within this framework, CanAm Airways offers a platform for multiple, complementary value pathways, including:

Strategic Passenger Mobility
The development of resilient and reliable passenger routes connecting the United States with the Canary Islands, South Africa, Nigeria, and additional destinations as the network evolves—serving business, diaspora, tourism, and institutional travel needs.

Dedicated and Appended Cargo Operations
The establishment of dedicated and hybrid cargo routes designed to support high-value, time-sensitive, and strategic goods, creating new logistics corridors across the Atlantic and beyond.

Product and Brand Exposure
Opportunities for public and premium exposure of investor-affiliated products—such as high-end consumer goods, fashion, technology, or industrial offerings—within a controlled, high-trust aviation environment.

Capital Positioning and Asset Stability
Participation in a durable infrastructure asset anchored in the Western Hemisphere, designed to emphasize operational resilience, regulatory stability, and long-term capital preservation.

CanAm Airways shall be structurally aligned for:

  • Operational resilience over maximal leverage
  • Collaborative governance over isolated financial control
  • Platform evolution over single-cycle profitability

In this context, our investors should not think to merely fund an airline; -they will participate in the co-creation of a permanent transatlantic corridor of mobility, trust, and strategic continuity—an asset intended to endure, adapt, and compound value across generations.

This is not to be a passive investment.
It is more a shared responsibility and a shared opportunity.

We invite interested parties to engage directly with CanAm Airways to begin a dialogue on how their strategic objectives, operational capabilities, and long-term capital can align within this platform.

Respectfully,

Klaus J. Lauth
