Crew Resort

A Shore Thing for Our Crews

As our long-haul fleet grows, so does our crew count — fast. Each aircraft needs 5–6 full crews, meaning our 12-jet operation will soon rely on over 1,200 crew members. That’s a steep climb from the initial 200. To house them in comfort and style, we’re planning a dedicated seaside crew resort, built in stages to match our expansion.

Think 400 to 1,200 flats, developed in 2 or 3 phases, spread across one or two scenic coastal spots.

Why a seaside resort? Glad you asked.

  • It’s a magnet for talent. Who wouldn’t want to live and work where others vacation?
  • Well-rested crews fly better. A calm coastal base means happy, focused staff.
  • Quick airport access. All three of our target airports — Las Palmas, Tenerife South, and Lanzarote
    — have prime seaside plots just minutes away.
  • Local job creation. Building and maintaining the resort means new opportunities for local communities.

In short: great location, happier crews, smoother ops — and a boost to the local economy. Everybody wins.
