The CanAm Project
is centered around an exciting vision:
The launch of a new premium airline based in the Canary Islands, offering direct flights from the United States of America and Canada to thisabsolutely stunning archipelago.
CanAm – the Name already reflects this transatlantic connection — linking the Canaries with major north American cities and their surrounding regions.
Just imagine:
untamed, majestic landscapes kissed by eternal spring, snow-capped volcanoes just a short drive from sun-drenched beaches of golden and black sand, world-class hiking, vibrant sports opportunities, stunning natural vistas, and wholesome, flavorful cuisine.
…and all of this, -free from the threat of hurricanes or extreme weather — a true year-round paradise.
Currently, visitors from the U.S. and Canada often face two days of travel in each direction due to time-consuming layovers at European hubs. That’s at least two days lost to uncomfortable logistics rather than leisure.
CanAm aims to change that!

With carefully coordinated flight schedules, we offer you up to two extra days of vacation:
- Our transatlantic flights are timed to depart from the U.S. in the evening, allowing for a restful overnight journey. You’ll arrive in the Canary Islands by around 3:00 PM local time — just in time to check in, unwind, and begin your adventure.
- And your return is just as seamless. Flights from the Canaries depart around midday, giving you time for a relaxed breakfast and a calm journey to the airport — no rushing, no stress. Flying westward with the sun, it’s a comfortable daytime flight, landing you back in North America just 1–2 hours after your departure — local time.
Which means you’ll have plenty of time to get home and ease back into your day, while still preserving that holiday feeling right to your home!
