The goal is to transform La Palma into a premium, sustainable, experience-rich destination, attractive a new visitor demographic, especially to American (and global high-income) tourists.

II. SIGNATURE PROJECTS
1. La Palma SkyLift: Cable Car from Santa Cruz to Roque de los Muchachos
Overview:
A dual-stage cable car linking:
- Stage 1: Santa Cruz → Forest Ridge (middle station)
- Stage 2: Ridge → Roque de los Muchachos (Observatories)
Features:
- Panoramic gondolas with solar-powered auxiliary systems.
- Forest Station with:
- Boutique Mountain Hotel & Spa (50–70 rooms), integrated into pine forest.
- Observatory-themed restaurant & wellness center.
- Observatory Station: Viewing platform + access to astronomy tours.
Purpose:
- Reduce road traffic to the Roque.
- Create a flagship tourist icon akin to Swiss Alps or Table Mountain Cableway.
- Make high-altitude stargazing accessible and comfortable.
2. Los Companeros Adventure Lift + Volcano Lodge
Overview:
- Large cabin cable car ascending Los Companeros ridge (volcanic route).
- Starting point: Jedey, new visitors center + parking area.
- Upper Station: Elevated volcano-view Lava Lodge & Restaurant.
- Starting point for Paragliders and Mountain hikes
Purpose of the Cable car is to omit any traffic in this nature reserve.
Features:
- Rugged luxury design with lava stone, steel, and glass.
- Platforms for sunrise/sunset yoga, hikes, drone photography.
- Augmented reality (AR) volcano history experience inside the lodge.
3. Charco Verde Coastal Resort & Natural Sea Pool
Overview:
- New boutique hotel nestled in volcanic cliffs.
- Starting point forSea kayaking, dolphin watching, guided scuba/snorkel.
- Transformation of the rocky northern bay into a sea pool with:
- Concrete wave-breaker/separation wall.
- Calm inner lagoon with ladders, platforms, and underwater lighting.
Features:
- Rooftop seafood restaurant, and Canarian hammam.
- Small marina platform for kayaking, paddle boarding, and sea safaris.
- Marina Jetty for whale-watching tours.
4. Motorcycle Adventure Base near Puerto Naos Detour
Overview:
- A “motorcycle hotel” catering to electric moto-tourism.
- Also for renting of iconic ICE motorcycles, such as Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Buell, BMW, Yamaha and others.
- Targeting U.S. and European riders seeking smooth panoramic mountain roads
and volcanic terrain tours.
Components:
- 40-room lodge + workshop/garage + gear rental facility.
- Solar farm with battery bank to charge 50 e-motorcycles and supply electric energy to the hotel.
- Guided Motorcycle tours around Cumbre Vieja, Tazacorte cliffs, and volcano sites.

5. Starlight Village in Garafía
- Luxury domes and eco-pods with panoramic skies.
- Astronomy programs, night photography classes.

6. Hiking & Gastronomy Circuit
- Upgrade selected GR routes with:
- Better signage, smart trail app, and rest stations with food kiosks.
- Create a network of “Rural Gastronomy Stops” featuring:
- Local wine, goat cheese, slow-cooked volcanic stews, etc.
7. Tazacorte Cliffs Coastal Adventure Hub
- Launch point for:
- Sea kayaking, dolphin watching, guided scuba/snorkel.
- Cliff climbing and via ferrata (iron path).
- Compact Eco-Lodge Treehotel for overnight adventure stays.
- Rental of EV bicycles and e-bikes.
8. La Palma Sustainability Initiative
- Build three solar micro-grids (Roque, Moto Base, Starlight Village).
- Set island goal: Carbon-neutral visitor footprint by 2035.
