At CanAm, we believe that passengers have suffered for far too long from long security queues, late flights, late luggage- usually perfectly combinated with the notable absence of customer service or understaffed and often unhelpful answering services. And it gets even worse; -especially on the charter flights serving our islands now, the culinary offerings have been reduced to a minimum and nowadays passengers are even required to pay extra for these unremarkable experiences – lately and even for plain water!
Contrary to that CanAm‘s services aims to offer a feeling of relaxation during flights, starting with the simple luxury of a refreshing hot menthol towel and with tasty meals and ample time to enjoy them – and much more!
Next, unlike today’s overwhelming choice of videos that leave you unsure of which movie you just watched -just before-, our focus shall be on creating a calming atmosphere by showing selected vintage movies -no “blockbusters”- on the large screens, just as it used to be.
The remaining hours before arrival we aim to entertain you by showing some special videos on the destination, such as local videos taken by HD drones on special places and sights to see, making you feel a little more at home when you arrive at your destination.
Another important factor for the passenger well-being from the good old days is the “wine and dine above the clouds”, a menu influenced by the Canary and Spanish cuisine, specially prepared for you by our own Catering Service in Las Palmas. And we will think of many other treats and features to surprise you on board; -all aimed at making the flight shorter for you; -much shorter!
